How to read this
The Contractors State License Board lists complaints it has sent for legal action, citations it has issued, and warning letters. A complaint or accusation is an allegation, not a finding. A citation is the board's finding that a rule was broken; the contractor can appeal it. Complaints closed in the contractor's favor are never listed. Most contractors have no items.
